Data License & Reuse Policy

1. What This License Covers

This license applies to the following content published on WealthMinty:

• Market data: Gold rates (24K / 22K / 18K) and silver rates published across our rate pages and historical tables.
• Articles & guides: Educational articles, gold guides, mutual fund analysis, and investment explainers.
• Calculator inputs & methodology: The logic, formulas, and explanatory output of our SIP, EMI, FD, RD, and gold-price calculators.
• Structured datasets: Any data we publish as a schema.org Dataset (for example, our gold-rate history tables).

2. What You Can Do

Under CC BY 4.0, you are free to:

• Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
• Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercially.
• Cite & reference — use our data in research, journalism, AI models, dashboards, apps, or academic work.

These freedoms apply as long as you comply with the conditions in Section 3 below.

3. How to Attribute (Required)

Attribution is the only requirement of this license. You must:

• Credit "WealthMinty" as the source.
• Link to the specific WealthMinty page you sourced the data from (not just the homepage).

• Indicate if you made any changes to the data (see Section 4).

4. Indicate Changes

If you modify, transform, or build upon our data, you must indicate any changes you made in a reasonable way. For example, prefixing with "Adapted from WealthMinty" or noting "data modified: converted to USD per ounce".

5. No Additional Restrictions

You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits. This means no DRM, no "no-derivatives" clauses, and no added restrictions beyond attribution.

6. What Is NOT Covered by This License

The following remain protected under our Terms of Service and require separate written permission:

• Trademarks & branding:The "WealthMinty" name, logo, and brand identity. You must attribute us by name, but may not use our logo or imply endorsement.
• Third-party data: Mutual fund data sourced from MFAPI.in is governed by its own license and is not covered by CC BY 4.0.
• Third-party APIs & references:Any external source we cite (IBJA, MCX, AMFI, etc.) remains governed by its respective owner's terms.

7. No Warranty & Data Accuracy

The content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our market rates are indicative and for educational purposes only — we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. See our Disclaimer and Editorial Policy for details on how we source and update data.

8. Relationship to Our Terms of Service

This Data License governs reuse and redistribution of our published content. Our Terms of Service governs the use of this website(access, accounts, conduct). Where reuse rights were previously stated as "all rights reserved" in the Terms, this Data License now supersedes that for published content and grants CC BY 4.0 reuse rights with attribution.
